Unless otherwise noted, all orders are processed + shipped within 2-3 business days.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We offer FREE shipping on all domestic orders over $99. Any order under $99 shipping is a flat $4. Once picked up and scanned in by our carrier, all domestic orders shipped within the contiguous U.S. should take 3-5 business days to arrive.

You will receive your shipping confirmation email as soon as a label is created for your order, and the tracking status of your shipment may take up to 24-48 hours once a label has been created.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING
We are not currently able to offer expedited shipping but hope to soon!

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We do ship internationally for a flat $17 charge.​

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Please note that as a small business, all sales are final.
We do our best to ensure safe packaging and delivery however, things do happen. So, if your item was damaged in shipping please contact one of our Customer Care reps via email at hello@bylindsayclayco.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right!
